2021 Chardonnay

Our 2021 Chardonnay displays bountiful layers of fruit aromatics consisting of poached Asian pear, baked camembert with roasted apples with fresh honeydew melon.  The palate continues with complex layers of roasted pecans, brioche bread and toasted marshmallows. The mouthfeel is pure and balanced and displays balanced acidity while maintaining richness with an elegant creamy finish that showcases sweet exotic spices and a lush, lingering finish.
Enjoy now through 2027 with optimal maturity around 2024; enjoy at 55 degrees.
