2024 Sparkling Blanc de Noir

Pale straw with a hint of rose gold in the glass, this Blanc de Noir has pastry crust, baked strawberry, and a slight earthiness on the nose. The palate shows caramel apple, toasted pecan, and candied orange peel. The fine bubbles persist through the palate, leaving the palate with a hint of cream soda on the finish.
